STEP 9 – Form: Job Completed

Form Job Completed is two forms in one.

1. By scanning the printed KB World card and entering if the panel was scraped or not, this, along with the date and time and the name of the worker will be migrated back to KB World within a few minutes.
2. There are several additional maintenance items in which you can track and account for. This “second” form requires the user to enter in the panel number and mark any maintenance issues they encounter to report back to your office. The items on the second half of the form are NOT routed to KB, but are routed to the Outdoorassets.net website where you can set up conditions and thresholds around these to be emailed or generated into a report and emailed to anyone internally. Setting up alerts will be discussed in detail in step 13.

NOTE – We are calling these two forms but for the field force worker it is a single form in which they complete. A better way of saying this might be that it is one form that when the data gets to the OutdoorAssets.net server, different parts of the data collected go two different ways.
