STEP 2 - Making and Appointment for Phone Configuration
Please email (preferred) Michael Lane at Michael.lane@sprint.com (phone 801 716 0243) to set an appointment to configure the handsets. It is required to email him the names of each person who you are setting up along with their corresponding phone numbers (see below). NOTE – the automated process does use the name of your field worker to automate, so please double check the spelling of each name you send and the phone numbers for accuracy. Michael should receive from you in an email a list that looks like:
John Smith 123-456-7890
Dave Johnson 123-222-3333
Michelle Roberts 123-444-5555
Mark Peter 123-666-7777
This is required to properly set up your handsets for wireless data usage.
