Once you have your scanners and phones in hand, please plug in all phones and scanners to charge them properly. Please make sure at this time you have followed Step 2 and have sent Michael Lane all of your employee names and phone numbers for set up. You can not move on to Step 5 without having done this. Please confirm with Michael Lane that he has set up the handsets in your possession for software download. Once the phones are ready, you can move to Step 5.
