In the event a gate is locked or blocked, a land lord is denying access, etc., the field force worker can still account for the attempt, but this is NOT migrated back to KB, only to the www.outdoorassets.net website. You can have any situation in which a field force worker notes a job that can not be completed instantly emailed to anyone you wish internally; you set this up yourself on the www.outdoorassets.net site (discussed in Step 13).
