Step 1 - Ordering Your Phones (and replacement scanners when needed)

The only Motorola phone make and model supported for the operations field force for bar code scanning is the
ATT Motorola Tundra handset. Please do not order any other model for this function. You do not need to order new scanners as we have made this handset 100% compatible with your existing scanners; however, if you need to replace broken scanners, order information is noted below:

When you order the Tundra, please make sure it has been ordered with a data plan. Our software requires a data plan to function.

NEW!!! We are 100% compatible with all ATT Blackberry models that support photo capture. The bar code readers will work immediately as well. If you are interested in potentially using a Blackberry versus the Motorola Tundra, please contact Westlake for the latest information. Only a few select Blackberry Models from ATT support Push to Talk and we want to ensure you would be ordering one of the correct and tested models.
