Westlake has established this online step-by-step guide to assist you in the transition to the new ATT Motorola Tundra handsets and help moving forward. This new handset from ATT will provide virtually the same exact functionality the Motorola i580 provided and was selected specifically for that purpose. 

We have made this phone model 100% compatible with your existing blue tooth scanners so your existing scanners will work immediately. The software interface will be identical for your field force. Once the new phones are set up, there will be little to no training necessary on the new handsets when using AirMobility Photo software. 

What you will find different is the set up process; it will now be a few steps easier, but it is different. The old method required some assistance from the carrier to set up a new phone; the new model does not. You will see on Step 2 the set up and download process is interactive. You will enter in the handset number here online; this will trigger a link to the text messaging on the phone in which you can click on and download immediately; there will be no more waiting to set up a new handset.
