Photo Value

If you are not already taking full advantage of the photo capabilities support in AirMobility Photo, here are some comments being made about its value from across the US from offices using it.

We have contracts with both the City of San Francisco and Oakland for bus shelter maintenance. Our use of photos have proven to both cities as one of the strongest assets we have in helping to ensure the work we do on their behalf is getting done timely and properly. Pictures worth a thousand words (actual photos from the handset):

I use the photos extensively to monitor and track the progress of my rotate crews. In that some of our sites are as much as 3 hours from our central location (longer in winter dealing with weather issues), I save hundreds of hours a year in down productivity now simply by using the photos to get a quick look at where my guys are and how they are doing. Just the fuel savings alone in our operations here in Wisconsin justifies the cost in our market.

We have implemented a start and stop capital expense reporting trial for Phoenix Corporate. We are capturing start times, end times, start photos and end photos as complete end to end tracking on capital expenditures related to time. The before and after photos make this really work.

We were being strongly confronted by a major account in a face to face meeting for not posting their materials on hundreds of bus shelters around Los Angeles required to be posted the previous day. Although not every photo was perfect, and certainly not has high-end as our professional photography, I was able to pull more than several dozen good photos out of OutdoorAssets.net to prove to the account the work was completed and done on time. Before this capability, we would have been required by the customer to have done a complete audit in the field spending a significant amount of time, extra fuel and ware and tear on vehicles just to prove what we already knew to be true. Photos from AirMobility Photo software were more than enough to satisfy the customer on-the-fly.

Real-time photo capture is one element which is sometimes overlooked as a powerful differentiator between Clear Channel and other outdoor advertising companies today. As the economy has make capturing advertising dollars much more competitive, differentiators such as this are a good way to further help our sales teams close new business.
